Overview 

The Voyage® Deep Dive 2025 – Payment Overview
• Deposit: £200 non-refundable, secures your place.
• Total fee: £2997 + VAT (£3596.40).

Payment options:
1. One-off upfront payment (with ÂŁ350 discount): ÂŁ3246.40 total.
2. 12-month plan: ÂŁ283.03 per month (after ÂŁ200 deposit).
3. 16-month plan: ÂŁ212.28 per month (after ÂŁ200 deposit).

Important:
• Deposit is non-refundable.
• Payment plans are a full commitment, not a subscription. The full fee is still due if you withdraw.
• Keep your card details up to date.
• Missed payments may pause your access until resolved.
• No refunds once the programme begins (unless The Voyage® cancels the programme).

Payments (upfront or first instalment) start 7th November 2025.

 

Details

This agreement is between The Voyage Academy Ltd. (“The Voyage®”) and the participant named below (“You”).

By signing this agreement, you are confirming your place on The Voyage® Deep Dive 2025 and stepping into a year of transformation, healing, and growth. We’re so glad to have you with us. To make sure the container is safe and sustainable for everyone, these are the payment commitments we ask you to honour:


1. Deposit
• A non-refundable deposit of £200 secures your place.
• This will be deducted from your total programme fee.

2. Programme Fee & Options
• Standard fee: £2997 + VAT (£3596.40).
• Payment options:
• One-off upfront payment (with discount): £3246.40 total (deposit + balance paid in full, saving £350).
• 12-month plan: £283.03 per month for 12 months (after deposit).
• 16-month plan: £212.28 per month for 16 months (after deposit).

3. Commitment to Pay
• By choosing a payment plan, you are committing to the full programme fee.
• This is not a subscription you can cancel partway through — the balance remains due even if you decide to stop attending.

Payments (upfront or first instalment) start 7th November 2025.

4. Payment Method
• Payments are collected automatically via Stripe/ThriveCart.
• You agree to keep your card details up to date for the duration of your plan.

5. Missed Payments
• If a payment fails, access to programme materials may be paused until your account is up to date.
• Any outstanding fees remain due and may be pursued if unpaid.

6. Refunds
• Once the programme begins, we do not offer refunds.
• The only exception is if The Voyage® cancels the programme in full.

7. Programme Delivery
• While we reserve the right to adjust dates or content if required, the full programme will be delivered as promised.
