The Voyage® Certified Trainer Programme is for graduates of The Deep Dive or TAPT who are ready to step into their next chapter as facilitators, educators, and change-makers.
Over eight transformational weeks, followed by a supervised practice period, you’ll move from wondering “Am I ready to train others?” to confidently delivering Essentials, TAPT, Voyage Literacy, and the 4P Protocol™ with safety, skill, and presence.
This isn’t about running through slides.
It’s about becoming part of a global movement, where your own healing becomes medicine for others.

APPLICATION + SELECTION PROCESS
This Is an Application-Only Programme
Not everyone is ready to become a trainer, and that’s a good thing. This programme is intentionally selective to protect the integrity of the work and ensure that every trainer can hold groups safely and with excellence.
The Process:
1. Application Form
Tell us about your professional background, motivation, and relevant training.
2. Interview Conversation
Meet with a senior member of The Voyage® team for a live conversation to ensure mutual fit.
3. Acceptance + Payment
Only after acceptance will you receive your invitation and payment link.
4. Provisional Trainer Stage
Certification is earned, not guaranteed. You’ll complete all modules, deliver a practice session, and receive feedback before your trainer licence is awarded.

Foundations:
From Voyager to Guide
Step into your trainer identity. Move from personal healing into guiding others.
Week 2
Mastering Essentials:
Teach trauma literacy + regulation with
Become fluent in trauma-awareness and regulation skills. Deliver Essentials confidently across clinical and non-clinical contexts.
Week 3
TAPT Mastery:
Learn both tracks (Clinical & Non-Clinical)
Learn the full 10-module TAPT framework. Practice parts language, belief system work, and group facilitation.
Week 4
The Art of Space-Holding: Co-regulation + presence
Develop co-regulation and presence. Learn to harness your nervous system as a form of medicine.
Week 5
Communication as Medicine: Language, shame work, parts dialogue
Learn the art of trauma-aware language — speaking to parts, calming shame, and diffusing conflict.
Week 6
Business & Boundaries: Sustainable practice + pricing
Step into visibility. Create sustainable practices with clear boundaries
and pricing.
Week 7
Integration & Practice: Practice session + feedback
Deliver a practice training session, receive feedback, and develop your trainer growth plan.
Week 8
Assessment & Celebration: Growth plan + cohort closing
Complete certification, join the Voyage® trainer community, and launch into service.
Post-Programme:
3–6 month supervised practice + observed delivery
