Is there a replay?
Yes – you’ll get full access to the recording and the slides afterwards, so you can revisit the training as often as you like.
Do I need prior parts or IFS training?
Not at all. I’ll explain parts, wounded, adapted, etc, in plain, everyday language, and share safe, simple scripts you can use straight away.
Do I need to have my camera on?
Totally optional. Being present can help with engagement, but you are welcome to keep your camera off if that feels better for you.
Is this therapy?
No - this is professional education. It’s designed to make your practice safer and more trauma-aware, not to act as therapy for you personally.
