A live, small-group ten-week programme with Lou Lebentz, created for the moment when healing asks something new of us: not more inner work, but the freedom to bring what we have become out into the world.

Across four Waves, Validation, Voice, Value and Visibility, we strengthen our capacity to stand on our own side, express what is authentically ours, recognise the worth of what we bring, and allow it to be seen at whatever scale we choose.

Ten Fridays, 9 October to 11 December 2026, 5.00 to 6.30 pm UK time (12.00 pm EST, 9.00 am PST). Live online with Lou, who leads every cohort personally. Places are intentionally limited to protect the intimacy of the group.
